Mission. Make every builder a functional researcher: comfortable with papers, math, data, and multi-modal inputs.

Most builders are afraid of papers and allergic to math. That's a training gap, not a talent gap. This school fixes it with short, concrete reps: read one paper a week, do one chart a week, connect one distant field a week. You graduate a generalist who can ingest the world.
